TERMS OF SERVICE

I have the right to decline your request if I deem it too complex or inappropriate. Any violation of terms is an automatic ban.

Payment

-All payments will be through Paypal invoices only.-I take full payment upfront. If the total amount is $150 or beyond, I will accept payment in parts.-Be aware that my prices are USD.-I will not start on your commission until you have paid.-NO REFUNDS

Art Process

-Commissions will be a first come, first served basis. Once your commission is accepted and payment is received, you’ll be notified by email or Discord if there are any other commissions ahead that will cause a delay to yours being started. Once I begin your commission, you will be informed.

-I will be sending you WIP’s periodically to ensure you are happy with your commission. There will be a large watermark over the WIP’s and I will not take it out if you ask. This helps from being scammed out of my work. The big watermark is removed once I’m done with your commission.

My watermarks and signatures will always be on my art. PLEASE do not ask for their removal.

REFERENCES

-Please have references of characters ready to offer.-Doesn't have to be crisp and clean. As long as I comprehend it.-I welcome quick sketches refs when it comes to describing expressions, poses, and gestures.

COPYRIGHT

-I retain the copyright to the image. This means that I, and only I, can make reproductions, sell prints, make revisions, and upload the image to any galleries that I may choose.-You have the right to use your commission for personal use only.-You may use the image as your icon, banner, and backgrounds.-You may repost your commission on any site with proper credit. I'd prefer a link to my Carrd.-You will always have rights to your own character(s).

COPYRIGHT INFRINGMENT

THE COMMISSIONER CANNOT:

-Make money off of the commission piece. This means you can’t turn the commission into a merchandise (shirts, badges, stickers, etc) and sell it.-Post the artwork on websites like redbubble, society6, etc.-Claim the commission/artwork as your own.-Buy commercial rights to commissioned piece.-Remove any signatures/watermarks, this includes cropping them out from the image.-Make any edits to the commission. If something is incorrect please inform me so I may fix it right away.
Post any WIPs publically.

NSFW RULES

AGE CONFIRMATION: Before discussing private details, I will require a photo of your ID. Cover up anything else besides your date of birth. I will also require you to draw or write something on a piece of paper in the same photo.-MAPs OF ANY KIND will get blacklisted and an immediate block along with other hateful / similarly related things of this.-I refuse to illustrate NSFW that: is non consensual, incest, NSFW of minors or individuals that look like minors, NSFW of a non-sentient being (bestiality)
